Lan and Ken, the original owners, bought the restaurant in 1999.  Still sitting in the original big scoop ice cream parlour location, it has been serving up tasty dishes for over the past two decades.  No longer is the restaurant one of the best-kept secrets.  It has grown from the original 50 seat restaurant to over 90 seats.  

Serving multi-generations of hungry eaters, craving a piping hot bowl of house-made Pho soup or a fresh vermicelli noodle bowl.  Fresh ingredients are purchased daily, and spices are imported directly from Vietnam to ensure the food’s integrity still holds to this day.  Pho Stanley’s restaurant prides itself on the quality of each dish sent out from the kitchen, and 100% of every dish is made in house. “The Stanley,” as the locals call it, hopes to continue serving the great North Delta area for many years to come.
